The CNPD is the national data protection authority with jurisdiction over groa°.

Data Breach Notification

In the event of a personal data breach, groa° will assess and respond in accordance with the GDPR and applicable Portuguese law.

Where required, we will notify the Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados (CNPD) without undue delay and, where feasible, within 72 hours of becoming aware of the breach. Where legally required, we will also notify affected individuals.

International Transfers

Your personal information may be transferred to and processed in countries outside Portugal, including countries outside the European Economic Area (EEA) or the United Kingdom.

Where such transfers occur, groa° ensures that appropriate safeguards are in place in accordance with the GDPR. These safeguards may include:

• An adequacy decision by the European Commission; or

• Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission.

We do not transfer personal data internationally without a valid legal basis.
